They are mostly used for quick freezing of flour food, fruits & vegetables, meat freezing, seafood freezing and prepared food, etc. Temperature range is from -30℃ to -45℃;

(1) Temperature for chicken, fish and meat: -18ºC for storage, -30ºC for quick freezing

Temperature for vegetable and fruit:0- 5ºC
