PIR insulation panel:
The core material of PIR polyisocyanurate insulation panel also known as cyanuric acid foam, is the product of isocyanate trimerization.
Compared to PUR insulation board, PIR insulation Panel is of better heat conductivity, better performance, also more and more used in the maintenance structure of cold storage.

♦ Tongued and grooved ( T & G) jointing PIR sandwich panel was specially for medium/large sized cold storages. Installed on the lightsteel frame, the panels can be easily designed to a cold storage with different appearance, size and volume.
♦ Deep T & G jointing and close contact of insulation material ensure perfect sealing between panel joints.
♦ The depth of 25-30mm T & G jointing makes each panel a continuous insulation and ensures perfect strength whatever the panel applied as wall or ceiling.
♦ Special accessories and assembly methods have been adopted on the connection between wall/ceiling, wall/steel frame and ceiling/steel frame to ensure a perfect insulation and a secured structure.
